With 45 years of experience, Damasco Penna is today a national reference in geotechnical engineering. We work both on the development of specialized projects and consultancy and on the execution of field services, including geotechnical investigations, geotechnical instrumentation, mineral exploration drilling, geoenvironmental investigations and more. Our commitment to quality, innovation and safety allows us to serve the most demanding projects in the infrastructure, mining, energy and construction sectors, throughout Brazil.

Inspired by the vision of engineers Antônio Sérgio Damasco Penna and Yara Monteiro de Arruda Damasco Penna, Damasco Penna was founded with the purpose of uniting technical excellence, professional ethics and a commitment to sustainable development across every stage of the services provided.

Since its founding, we have kept our focus on the continuous qualification of the team, the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies, social and environmental responsibility, and the promotion of the health, safety and well-being of our employees.

The company is led by geotechnical engineers with solid field experience and a strong academic background. Our team is made up of around 150 professionals, including engineers, geologists and specialized technicians, working in an integrated way to deliver geotechnical solutions of the highest quality, aligned with the best practices used in Brazil and abroad.
