A channel outside the chain of command

The Damasco Penna ombudsman channel receives reports from employees, clients, suppliers and the community. It is the route to report misconduct, health and safety risks, environmental issues or any situation that deserves the company's attention.

How it works

• Every report is recorded and forwarded to the responsible area.
• The reporter's confidentiality is preserved; you may choose to identify yourself or not.
• There is no retaliation against anyone who uses the channel in good faith.
• A response is given through the contact provided, when there is one.
