The series

One subject, one bulletin

The technical bulletins bring together, in two pages, what Damasco Penna has learned in the field and in the laboratory about a specific test or a design decision. Each edition carries an objective data sheet, numbered sections, a technical note and the reference standards. When the topic has a matching service, the bulletin is also offered on that service's page.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the technical bulletins

What is a Damasco Penna technical bulletin?

It is a two-page publication that deals with a single test or a design decision. It carries an objective data sheet, numbered sections, a technical note and the reference standards, written by engineers for engineers.

How often are new bulletins released?

The planned cadence is fortnightly, two editions per month. The 26 planned editions cover about twelve months of publication.

Do the bulletins cite standards and sources?

Yes. Every figure quoted requires a source, whether an NBR standard, a technical paper or our own data confirmed in the field. The procedure is validated against the corresponding Brazilian standard before being stated as a rule.

Where do I find the bulletin for the test I am interested in?

When the topic has a matching service, the bulletin is also offered on that service's page. To receive the upcoming editions, get in touch through our contact page.
